Water bottles mainly adopt PET material. PET is a popular packaging material in the beverage industry because it is light, transparent, and strong. Due to the characteristics of the beverage industry, print quality needs to clear and can't be easily wiped off. Secondary, the beverage production environment is high-temperature and humid. It is a high requirement for the coding machine‘s printing efficiency and stability.

CIJ printer, under pressure, sends its ink through the nozzle to the surface of the PET bottle to mark the logo.

TIJ printers use electric resistors to heat the ink, causing bubbles to form ink droplets that the nozzle sprays onto the surface of the bottle to mark the logo.

CO2 laser to CO2 gas as a medium, CO2 and other auxiliary gases into the discharge tube in the electrode with high-voltage discharge gas to release the wavelength of 10.64um laser, the laser energy amplification, scanning, and field mirror focusing by vibration mirror, under the control of the computer and laser marking control card, produce the vaporisation on the bottle.
So it can be print in the water bottle according to user requirements: text, numbers, lines, serial code, and so on.
