Currently, pharmaceutical white  bottles  are mainly made of HDPE. High-density polythene (HDPE) is one of the most commonly used plastics for rigid packaging.  Because of its strong strength and good colouring qualities, HDPE is frequently used in the pharmaceutical industry pill bottle. But printing on HDPE bottle might be difficult due to their low surface energy. Normally, most code solution printing use the inkjet printer and  laser marking machine. Although inkjet printer can print pharmaceutical bottle, but the ink jet's marks may occasionally happened to stick together, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to trace the coding.But the UV laser marking machine creates a special interaction with the plastic surface. This interaction creates a black mark on the bottle, resulting in a visible durability code.
